This kettle has and incredible pour once you have tried it out you won’t want to go back to any other . Now about to buy one for a Christmas present !

Love all my Phillips product. Take bit longer to boil but does the job

This kettle is well designed and aesthetically pleasing. It pours well as it has a good sized spout with matching filter to match. Many kettles on the market have spouts and filters that are to restrictive when pouring water out. The switch with its illuminated blue light when the kettle is boiling water is a helpful indicator. The kettle is easy to fill and has level gauge which allows the level of water in the kettle to be seen and also has handy quantity markings.

If “entry level” means it does what kettles do, then more entry level products are needed. It boils water without all the bells and whistles of those costing four times as much, and doesn’t sound like a jet taking off. It looks like a classic kettle on the worktop, and I am well pleased with it.

There is little to say about a straightforward kettle that boils water. I would have preferred the water level indicator to be on the side rather than tucked behind the handle and the lid is sometimes a little reluctant to open when the button is pressed but I like the clear blue light showing when the kettle is switched on. It is quite noisy. Good clean lines.

Water level display cannot be seen easily when filling up the kettle.

The metallic part of the kettle heats up to boiling point as well, so that if you touch it by accident you will get severely burnt (like myself). I would not recommend this product for anyone with children, a clumsy disposition or who doesn’t want to be playing with burning hot metal in their kitchen every morning.

It's making very loud noises as if it's going to explode and takes so long to boil , over 5 minutes!... Not sure how to complain about this
