I bought this after one of my friend recommended a steamer. I did a lot of research a lot before i purchased and i discovered Philips has the best technology and quality. Oh boy! What a product! It helps me a lot and make my life easier. Strong steam, folding board, I love it. I so regret not buying earlier. If you are in the market to buy a steamer, you dont need to look for other cheaper brands, this is by far the best you can get, no doubt!

Worst, doesn’t work on office clothes Don't buy Waste of money I regret buying it

Product looks great but does not function. Bought a brand new GC628, steamer will not draw in ANY water from the tank. Tried a few online trouble shooting suggestions, cleaned the entry/exit point of the tank, tried holding the trigger for minutes at a time to “get the water cycling started”, tried changing its orientation to help water flow into the device but nothing works. Will be returning. Faulty product, buyers beware.
