It Sucks !

Before buying this product, i had looked at various other options. I am glad that i went ahead with Philips. The build quality is great and like how i said, it SUCKS. The power is great and the adjusting option makes it very easy to use on different scenarios.

Did not hesitate to buy a second one.

My husband had bought a philips 5000 series, i was so pleased with it (maneuvrability, tools integrated, canister, cable length) that when I needed to buy a vacuum cleaner for a second house, I only shopped around for Philips brand, and got an 8000 series. If Philips improves the hose, then I definitely would have no "CONs" to write about.

Pros

The tools are integrated inro the hose, canister is easy to drtach and empty, and can also be washed thoroughly. Filter is washable too. Thebsecond one i bought has the hepa filter, which i wanted, and it'll be the only filter that needs to be replaced. The size is compact.

Cons

This vacuum cleaner has ONE weak point: the hose. If one is not careful, it can get sort of twisted and you'll lose suction. I wish Philips would improve this.
