Philips robot keeps my house spotless and significantly reduces the time and effort spent on cleaning. One of the best features is its ability to clean even when I'm not at home. I can be outside, and the robot continues to work diligently, ensuring I come back to a clean home. The cleaning quality is impressive. It has different cleaning modes, and you can even customize it with a no-mop zone if you have a carpet at home. In case of any issues with the cleaning or if the robot gets stuck somewhere in your home, notifications will pop in Philips Home Run app. However, there are minor drawbacks. The water tank is small, which means it needs frequent refilling for larger areas. Additionally, I cannot add any liquid to enhance the smell of the floor, which would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the Philips XU7100 robot is an excellent investment for anyone looking to maintain a clean home effortlessly while gaining more time for the things that truly matter. I've fallen in love with its sleek design and all-around functionality. It's an unbeatable cleaning companion that's become a must-have in my home, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way once you bring it into your life!

Generally a good cleaner, better on hard floors than carpets. A few bugs I find. Anything like small gaps under chairs or TV stands etc, the machine radar tends to miss and get stuck under. Also, side tables, with legs, tends to bump a lot, so be sure nothing on them that can tip over. The App is probably better on tablet or laptop, than on a normal smart phone, it's a bit unintuitive, find it hard to block off areas, like a corridor is not part of a room etc for cleaning plans. Also have to block off rooms I don't want it to go into, even if using a predetermined map, if it finds a new area it will go in. I tend to find, small dust, lint, feathers etc, it tends to blow out the way as it approaches, and if it moves it into an area it cannot reach, it remains unleaned. On the plus side. Easy to set up. Easy to run. Once it has a map, and you get used to issues above, you can set it off, you know how long it will take etc. Charges quickly, generally can do a full clean without needing to refill or recharge.

This product while working is good however you need to be tech savvy and patient with setting it up and using the app. I would not bother to buy again. It’s had to be sent back to be repaired once, change the mother board and now it won’t auto empty. I would not be confident to leave on while you were not at home. Can be useful but you have to clear the room of obstacles even if mapped otherwise gets confused and send you messages to remove them even though they are table legs. Mopping is ok but doesn’t use any cleaning liquids so you still need to mop regularly aswell. Hoover is ok but won’t necessarily pick everything up, it has a tendency to scatter bits out of the way. I can see the potential and it is a help when working but I would probably have been better off using the money for a cleaner.

When I unboxed it, the device paired within se seconds. After a month or so something happened and I had to pair it again, tried it 100 times, watched all tutorials, read all FAQs, it never paired since. Worstpurchase of my life.
