True Wireless Headphones

These are fantastic value for money. Crystal clear with fine definition. If you didn’t know you’d think they were far far more expensive

I got this on a sale and at first it was really impressive, the quality was good, the battery life was very long as well, and I've defo dropped it one too many times into water yet it still works fine. The trouble started when it turned into 'mono mode' and only one earbud would connect at a time to my devices and it lasted for like 6 months until i found this video (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_lq11Gk4cUA). The user manuals from Philips were absolutely useless and I just figured out how to fix the mono mode problem so I'm lowkey not as much of a hater of this product as I used to be but it still only gets 3 stars for the trouble it put me through.

Found many many examples online of people whose charging cases stopped working - close to disconnect the earbuds from device not working or not charging ear buds. Mine has stopped disconnecting and stopped charging the left bud after a year. A product to avoid.

The case just stopped charging the earphones (2 month's) now the earphones don't want to play simultaneously I can only use one at a time

Absolute rubbish, poorly designed (fall out of my ear) and now one side intermittently stops working. Philips, please look at the terrible ratings this product gets, and remove these earphones from your product range!

Doesn't tell you anywhere on the packaging that the headphones have no volume control (you have to use the connected device's volume control) - that's no use to me as I won't anyways have easy access to the device to adjust the volume. Sound quality seems good but I've only had them for a few hours.

The left and right ear phones have separated, meaning only one at a time can be connected via Bluetooth l. This is our second set after the first had the same problem. Avoid

Battery life became very short, just two minutes out of the charging box and that’s it. I discovered that headphones keep connecting to my phone while they were in the charging case. So instead of properly charging it wastes battery by being connected when I don’t use them

Despite following reset factory instructions and trying other suggestions only can hear from one earbud.Irritating the blue and white flashing lights which mean different things but not clear.Bought at airport for holiday but disappointing

Worst 40 pounds I’ve spent. The left earphone doesn’t charge anymore as it doesn’t connect to the box. It also stopped connecting to the right one. All the troubleshooting in the world but nothing. And no way to contact Philips about this as my product appears to be too new to be sent in for repair. AVOID.
