Bluetooth Headset

Using this more then 4 years , absolutely amazing. i want to buy new one but never discard this one.

Good Bluetooth connection but sound can jump a little if the headphones move a lot so ideal for walking but maybe not for running. Controls are easy to operate but takes a long time to turn off and on. Sit well in the ears, much prefer this style to the buds that go all the way into the ear. Battery life is good and I can charge at my desk from USB port on computer when at work. Could be easier to switch between devices, e.g. if you want to change between phone and tablet, but not a major issue. Overall I am pleased with these headphones but a bit expensive for what you get.

The headphones look great and the sound is fine. Unfortunately they don’t really stay in the ear, like I need them to on my bicycle and there was no clip in my package

The bluetooth earphones are amazing at what it's designed for. It stays very firmly in your ear and will not drop out even if you're getting your cardio done. Even though it has the best design, quality and aesthetics, the sound is not the most amazing quality. I find that the sound is very heavy and has alot of bass to it. I tried to find a way to reduce the bass but i could not find one.

At first parring with several devices proved difficult but once it clicked it became simple. As did adjusting volume / skipping a track function they always seemed to do the opposite again once I got it the buds worked well. My latest issue with them is while fully charged and my mobile confirms that they are connected no sound is received at the buds. Checked the manual without success found the forum here but a license has expired so not sure what I can try next?

The earphones were rather difficult when it comes to initially pairing with my phone, took a few attempts which was frustrating as the instructions provided are not clear at all with no writing, only pictures. Earphones don't connect to my laptop either as they are not recognised, again frustrating. Once going on my phone the earphones are good in terms of their performance for volume and sound quality. I'm definitely keeping them but for other people looking to buy wireless earphones I would not recommend these as you could probably get more for your money from another make or brand.

Sound quality is reasonable, but not spectacular - I've had to add sponges to get enough bass out of them. They are only just about loud enough in the street, but if I travelled regularly on the London Underground they definitely wouldn't be loud enough. Earbuds fit OK but the volume control is large, heavy and poorly positioned - it either snags my shirt collar or digs into my neck. Battery box snags clothing whether I run it round the back or front of my neck, so turning my head to cross a road will often pull it out of my ear, especially with a coat on. Bluetooth connection is usually fairly prompt and only breaks up very occasionally. Battery life as claimed - about 4.5 hours. HOWEVER I've read a lot of reviews of 'premium' products and I've yet to be convinced that any of them are guaranteed to eliminate ALL of these drawbacks... so I'm gradually coming round.

The earphones fit great and sound quality was great for 4 months until all of a sudden they stopped working in the left earpiece. I’ve purchased 2 pairs of these earphones and the exact same thing happened. These earphones would be perfect if they did not stop working in one ear.

Initial pairing of the headphones with my device was problematic requiring at least three attempts. I have also discovered that my Windows 8.1 laptop does not recognise the headphones if they are turned on after I boot-up; I have to make sure that they re turned on prior to booting. Also, I have discovered that if the headphones are switched off for a number of hours, that my device won't recognise them at all, even if I switch them on before booting-up. I have to go into Device Manager an 'repair' them manually.
