Philips AventSingle electronic breast pump

Good product. Very well designed enabling cleaning and ease of use.

The pump was easy to put together & use. Not surprisingly it took me a couple of goes to get the hang of it but once I did it has worked really well. I must mention that it is very comfortable to use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

This breast pump is easy to use and efficient. It has has memory function for the pumping rhythm although it does sometimes forget it. Resetting is not a problem though, its quick and easy. There are also quite a lot of parts to wash and sterilize each use.

I have had a Philips Avent pump for 2 years and overall have been very pleased with it. I did have an issue with the motor and power lead but Philips were very helpful and sent replacements. In light of this, I would definitely recommend this product. The breast pump is very easy to use and comes with a manual pump conversion which is useful if you are out for the day and need to express. I have had great success with expressing thanks to my pump. It is comfortable to use and dishwasher safe.

Easier and faster to use than the double Medela pump I rented for a month from the hospital, much lighter and more comfortable. It seemed quicker to use and not as sore. All pumps are a chore to clean, especially if you are expressing every 3 hours. I liked that you can attach Avent bottles to collect more and for convenience.

This is my third advent electronic pump all three have had the same connection fault where the wire connects to the pump. Where the wire connects into the pump this needs further development as its such a delicate connection simply pulling the wire out of the pump can damage the connection inside the pump. Which is what has happened to me. Scary when you need reliability!
