I needed a replacement beard trimmer in a rush and the reviews made me think this would be a good buy. Delighted with my purchase, the cutter height adjustment is great. I've used the trimmer quite a few times and only had to charge it when I opened the package

I have bought few trimmers from varies brands. But this is the one I was looking for. Perfect ****************************

The instructions are not too clear on how to hold or apply the trimmer , but with a little practice the end result is excellent.

It's very nice product, happy to use it. However only one concern that is it doesn't work when the battery is dead even though plug it in the electricity.

I have been using this Philips beard Trimmer for quite some time. It is indeed quite useful. I will recommend it to those who wish to trim their beard or mustache.

I have 2 philishave trimmers,one T502,that works perfectly,for many many years.But one year ago I bought a 3000 series.i like that you can adjust the trimming length exactly how I want it.the battery is fine,the power 2.BUT,very often,that spinning metal “thing” behind the blades,keeps popping out,after a few minutes of use.That means that I have to take the blades out,push it back in to continue,but a few minutes,or less,it pops out again.The other philishave I have (T502),keeps that metal “thing” in place,no matter for how long I use it.I would have returned it,but I bought it from Shell(gas station) and a refund isn’t possible.i definitely would not buy this product again,but I definitely would buy a philishave,but one who keeps that metal “thing” in place like the T502. Contact me for picture,if you didn’t understand what i mean with that metal spinning thing. Thank you

Went for this product based on price and brand -how disappointed it has left me! Poor accuracy, poor power, poor design. Shaving has become slow, cumbersome and problematic. This shaver lacks power and accuracy. I have to shave over the same spot again and again to get a good standard of shave - this gets sore after a while! A lack of precision arm also means shaving top lips is awkward. All in all, this would have gone back to the shop if it was a returnable item. I'm really disappointed. I now hate shaving and even prefer not to as opposed to the prospect of using this shaver. This is not befitting of the Phillips brand and if anyone actually reads this, I think an offer of a refund would be in order! Avoid this!
