Finally bought my 1st food processor. Price and design is good. Also easy to use and clean up. Use it very often to make salads. Fast to use and easy to clean.

Perfect for any family's kitchen. Convenient and easy to use. no mess no fuss.

Really easy to set up and use, quality attachments, great value for money. one thing that would be good is the option to buy an additional attachment for making smoothies

The product is fantastic, it does all that it is meant to and is sturdy and of great build quality. The only criticism I have is for the placement of the grater/slicer attachment. It allows some food to get trapped on the rotation, for example if you were grating carrots,. Come the end of the carrot, there is a space where the carrot can slip into and it leave that carrot out of the pressing area, so it doesn't get grated. It means for a little bit of waste, not much at all.

I like the unit, but the slicing blade can NOT be adjusted and it's 1.2mm setting is very thin! Also the Grater is too fine and there is no option. Both these accessories seem not to have other options to buy different sized cutting and grating attachments. Other than that seems A OK. Has a nice long flex which is great normally they are so short.

My first processor, although I have had mixers and blenders all my life. I am delighted with this.

I bought this product from Sharaf DG Diera city centre UEA,when i try to check all perfomance this processor there is 2 speed and 1 pulse in this processor,but when i choice pulse tombols not working this processor, i just want to know this product like this from factory or only in my product there is malfunction like this...Thanks.

Food processor has been great but after 2 years we lost the small drive shaft. Because the part is no longer available I’ve had to buy another food processor which means I’ll be disposing of a perfectly good but incomplete appliance. Another epic fail in my attempt to save the planet!

Firstly the instructions for use are abysmal. Very difficult to read and understand. Secondly I make alot of soups but this has no attachment, or not that I can make out, for simply chopping. It slices and it grates and it mashes but I cant seem to get it just to cut into chunks/cubes for example with carrots. Havent used it for anything else as yet but as I bought it to make soup it really doesnt do the job. Would return it if I could.

I've had this food processor for 18 months. Initially I was very impressed, it's easy to use and of adequate size. I used it very infrequently for the first year. But in the last 6 months I've used it more. I've been grating a batch of cheese in it weekly to store in my fridge. The plastic has now cracked and for the last week I had to hold the lid down by hand very tight to get it to run, now it won't go at all. The tip bit of the grater plate slipped out the bit in the top making it wonky very quickly. I'd definitely not recommend it. I've now paid £30 more for a different brand and it's far superior. I didn't realise how poor this one was until I bought the new one.
