This is exactly the vacuum that I needed, it makes my life easier by getting into the corners and everywhere that I can't reach with ease with other vacuums/cleaning tools. It's especially great for people with fur animals. As they shed a lot every day, and having a handheld vacuum is a must. Its suction power is great! Very adequate for every day need. For pet owners or otherwise. It's easy to clean/wash. Easy to detach its parts. Which I love to have the choice of using it in different ways. All very much needed when cleaning up a house. It works well on all surfaces and textures. If you have a big house you might need more than one charge, as it stays on for 40 mins. As a handheld device it's not heavy at all, so won't be troubling to use for long periods. All and all it's my favorite vacuum cleaner I've ever used.

So this is comparing this Philips to my old cordless vacuum this is much better. Due to its design, getting under the chairs or low tables easily. As the head is perfectly designed, so if you rotate the hoover head you find the head rest completely on the floor. Using it over the carpet, due to its head design going back and forth over carpet smoothly. It does excel at build quality. Its mostly metal and some very hard plastic, There is also a nice battery indicator too! Its great on wooden floors as well. Overall its an amazing vacuum.
